Additional time beyond the first hour of a service call in any zone - $50 per hour ($12.50 per each 15 minutes)
Phone & Remote Internet-Based Tech Support - $50 per hour ($12.50 per each 15 minute block of time)
Repair & Other Tech Services - $50 per hour ($12.50 per each 15 minute block of time)
